Order processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Shipping destinations and estimates

Dikoraven currently focuses on shipping within the United States. Available methods, estimated delivery windows, and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carriers may need additional time to display the first tracking event.

Address changes and delivery issues

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs attention. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a package is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with the order number so we can review the available carrier information.

Taxes and fees

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before an order is submitted. Any additional charges required by a carrier or local authority are the customer’s responsibility unless prohibited by law.
