Return & Refund Policy

Return window

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories.

Before returning an item

Contact Dikoraven before sending a return. Include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Non-returnable items

For health, hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, certain opened personal-use, pet-use, consumable, clearance, final-sale, customized, or gift-card items may not be returnable. Product-specific exclusions will be disclosed on the product page where applicable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Financial institutions may need additional business days to post a refund.
